Our candidate is currently the Franchise owner, but also interested in a permanent employment as a Managing Director. Current he is responsible for the profitability of his franchise by ensuring that the Sales and Gross Profit are performing according to budget. The expenses are controlled within budget parameters. The business is sufficiently stocked for daily trading purposes as well as promotions. Annual budgets is part of his responsibility and the maintenance there off. They have to do daily tenders and quotations vs their competitors and here they have to work closely with all their suppliers involved and they have to negotiate proper deals to enable the business to supply and still make the required GP. He also personally handles all HR/IR issues. His current nett pay is RSA-Rands 76000’00.
