She works for a worldwide leading relocation company and leads a team of relocation consultants in an office in South Germany. Overall operations and performance of a team delivering mobility services worldwide; supporting all elements of client strategy, client relations and client satisfaction; offering global mobility policy counselling to her clients to help them develop their internal mobility policies; creating and implementing new processes to adapt to client needs and ensure ever increasing client satisfaction. Beyond this also recruitment, talent coaching, team performance, vendor management, financials and team profit.
